4. AI Processing

Your food inputs, meal photos and coach questions are processed by the Google Gemini API to generate nutritional insights. Data sent to the API is subject to Google's data processing terms. Meal photos are resized on your device, sent only for analysis and are not stored by Fitlyse — we keep only a small thumbnail with the log entry. Suggestions such as your usual meals and festival tips are computed on your device from your own logs.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with industry-standard encryption. For guest users, data is stored locally in your browser. You can sync your data across devices by creating an account. Reminder settings are stored only on your device.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share aggregated, anonymized data for research purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Delete your account and data (Profile → Account → Delete Account permanently removes all your Fitlyse data)
